Registration Fees

All registration fees must be paid in USD. 

**Attendees who purchase a one-day registration will have access to the Wednesday Reception. 

Attendees who select to pay via wire transfer will receive an invoice with payment instructions within 2 business days of completing the registration. Attendees are responsible for covering all bank fees in addition to the registration fees. Payments made via Bank Transfer are non-refundable and cannot be processed after September 14, 2023.

Author Registration

Note: for an accepted paper to be presented and, following the presentation, be included in the proceedings/IEEE Xplore at least one author must be registered.

Each full registration fee can cover up to one (1) paper. One (1) additional paper fee is able to be purchased for $100 per additional paper. You will be able to select “Additional Paper Fees” during the registration process. You may only purchase one additional paper per registration.

Workshop ONLY, One-Day, Student and IEEE Life Member Registration fees do NOT cover paper publication.

Accepted papers will be subject to the registration requirements of this conference.

Each full registration fee can cover up to one (1) paper. One (1) additional paper fee is able to be purchased. At least (1) author of an accepted paper MUST be fully registered for the conference by August 14, 2023.

Invitation Letters

IMPORTANT: Visa letters will only be issued once you have registered and paid all necessary fees.

If you require a personal letter of invitation to attend the Conference, please contact Conference Management by email lleblanc@conferencecatalysts.com.

In your email, provide the following information: complete name, mailing address, and any other details that your country of residence requires for your visa application. The Conference cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend the IEEE ASEE FIE 2023. Please provide as much information as possible to avoid delays in receiving your letter. You must register for the conference before requesting an invitation letter.

Please note that no registration refunds will be given to those who have received Invitation Letters.

Cancellation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be received by September 14, 2023. An administrative fee of $50 USD will be deducted from each refund.

A paid registration can be transferred to another member of the same company until September 14, 2023. To transfer a registration please contact lleblanc@conferencecatalysts.com. Please note that onsite, only the individual listed on the name badge can use the privileges provided by the paid fee.
